Philanthropy

Philanthropy is about more than fundraising – it’s about being part of something bigger

Every gift of time, expertise or financial support strengthens the Westbourne experience.

The collective efforts of our parents, alumni, and external partners have helped build a school where every learner is challenged, encouraged, and inspired.

Many ways to give and every contribution matters

Donations play a vital role in bringing Westbourne’s 15-year Masterplan to life. This future-focused vision ensures every student can learn, thrive and belong in environments designed to inspire, with projects including our new Middle School and a purpose-designed Music and Performing Arts Centre already underway.

By giving to our Building Fund, you help create flexible, innovative spaces that will serve current and future learners and reinforce Westbourne’s position as one of Australia’s leading independent schools.

You can contribute at any time of the year or join us on Giving Day, which for the coming years will focus on raising funds for our new Music and Performing Arts Centre.

Lend your time and share your skills

Volunteering is another meaningful way to support Westbourne. Parents can contribute by assisting at Friends of Westbourne Association (FOWA) events, helping to build community and create opportunities for students to connect and thrive.

Alumni can give back by sharing their career experiences at assemblies or careers events, inspiring and guiding current students as they consider their futures.

Whether you have time to help at a single event or can commit to ongoing involvement, your contribution makes a genuine difference.
