Short Stay Programs
New experiences shape the way we see the world
Our International Short Stay and Study Tour Programs offer individual students and schools from around the world the chance to experience life at an Australian school.
Each program is designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence and create meaningful connections through rich academic, cultural and social experiences.
Participants are immersed in daily school life, joining regular classes, exploring new ideas and engaging with local students in a collaborative environment. Whether visiting for a few days, several weeks or up to three months, every experience offers the opportunity to learn, grow and discover Melbourne’s vibrant culture.
These programs offer an unforgettable opportunity to grow as a learner, connect across cultures and experience the best of Australian education.
A true taste of Australian school life
From day one, each student is paired with a local buddy – a friend and guide who helps them settle in and feel at home. With a tailored schedule, students join regular classes suited to their interests and abilities, working alongside their Australian classmates.
Learning at Westbourne is hands-on and interactive, with opportunities to explore STEM, AI, the arts, sports, and technology in purpose-built facilities.
Beyond the classroom, students engage in cultural activities that bring Australian life to the forefront – whether it’s mastering the skills of Australian Rules Football, discovering local wildlife, trying local food, or exploring Melbourne’s iconic laneways.
