2025 VCE Results

Congratulations Class of 2025

The Class of 2025 has delivered an exceptional set of VCE results.

Across the cohort, we saw an increase in the number of students achieving scores above 80, 85 and 90, with 52% attaining an ATAR of 80 or higher, 28% reaching 90 or higher, and 10% achieving 95 or higher, placing them in the top 20, 10 and 5 per cent of the state respectively.

Academic excellence was evident across the breadth of studies, with study scores of 40 or above earned in more than 20 subjects. A particular highlight was a perfect study score in Art Making and Exhibiting for Jiake (Iris) Li.

We also congratulate the 25 students who achieved the VCE Baccalaureate, recognising their commitment to the rigorous combination of higher-level mathematics and a language.

The cohort’s median ATAR of 81.90 reflects a strong and consistent commitment to learning.

Congratulations to the Class of 2025. We are excited to see the impact you will make as you carry your learning into the world.

2025 Dux – Advika Anoop

Congratulations to our 2025 Dux and School Vice-Captain, Advika Anoop, on achieving an exceptional ATAR of 99.90.

Advika has been a thoughtful and purposeful leader throughout her time at Westbourne. In addition to her academic excellence, she has contributed richly to school life through her service as a prefect and her involvement in inter-house debating and chess.

Her aspiration to study medicine is grounded in the same dedication and integrity she has demonstrated across her studies and co-curricular pursuits. This result positions her strongly as she takes the next step towards that goal.

We are immensely proud of Advika’s achievements and the example she has set for her peers. She leaves Westbourne with our warmest congratulations and every confidence that she will continue to excel in the years ahead.
