Westbourne Institute for Leadership and Growth is where potential becomes purpose. As the anchor of our leadership ecosystem, the Institute aligns established programs and incubates new initiatives – equipping students, staff, alumni, parents, and the broader community to lead with courage and confidence.
People come first at Westbourne Grammar and as a key pillar of the 2030 Strategic Map, the development of people is our priority. Through these immersive programs, mentoring, and real‑world projects, participants will challenge themselves and embrace bold to create meaningful change.

Students
Leadership begins with voice, courage, and action. The Institute brings together existing student programs within a cohesive leadership pathway, while also creating purposeful new opportunities for students to discover their strengths and lead in real contexts.
Community
Our community is an essential part of Westbourne’s leadership ambition. The Institute connects and enriches community networks by extending our learning culture beyond classrooms through parent workshops, parent and student workshops and student led initiatives.
